When you ring Glebe Eyewear it will usually be Alex Tipp's smiling voice you'll hear at the other end of the phone.
As our receptionist and customer service manager, Alex looks after the adminstration and service needs of patients, a role she is well qualified for, due to her vast experience working with Ophthalmologists and Optometrists.
Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Orthoptics, with high distinction in 1992.Since then, she has worked with both Paediatric and Neuro- Ophthalmologists. She began working with Whitehouse Optometrists in 1996 and her love for fashion grew from here. Her areas of expertise include management and treatment of binocular vision disorders, in children and adults, as well as diagnosing neurological disorders.
Alex has a strong commitment to continuing education and is currently enrolled in the Optical Dispensing Course.Her aim is to provide excellence in Optometric care, by combining her Orthoptic and dispensing skills, for the benefit of our patients. Alex brings a world of experience to Glebe Eyewear and this is reflected in her genuine caring nature towards our patients.
